The Delaneuville family— a family of five with hearts fully surrendered to the call of Christ— has embarked on a new mission assignment in Iraq. In partnership with Light a Candle, they are serving on the ground to bring hope, healing, and the love of Jesus to a region in deep need.
Their work focuses on:
Providing humanitarian aid to Syrian refugees
Supporting and encouraging the persecuted church
Engaging in community outreach to share the Gospel
After a season of prayer and discernment, God stirred their hearts specifically for the Muslim world and the unreached within the 10/40 window. Moved by compassion and conviction, they said a wholehearted “yes” to go where the harvest is ripe and the need is great.
They have committed to at least 15 months on the field, working alongside local teams and ministries. Their passion is to see lives transformed and the Kingdom of God established in one of the most spiritually underserved regions of the world.
The Delaneuvilles are currently building a support network of prayer partners and financial supporters to help sustain their mission. As they step forward in obedience, they are trusting God to provide through the prayers and generosity of the global church.
“How can they believe in Him if they’ve never heard? And how can they hear unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go without being sent?”
